Dr Belinda Joffe
Dr Belinda Joffe
I have a passion for family medicine and have been privileged to be a part of the wellbeing of so many families – from newborns to great grandparents. I have been blessed to work in the same community for over 23 years. I believe in really listening to my patients. My approach is holistic and for this reason I love to incorporate functional/integrative medicine into my management. Functional medicine involves identifying and addressing the root cause of disease rather than just treating the disease entity.

My practice covers a large range of primary health care:

  • Paediatric healthcare – from newborn to the older child, managing all range of childhood illnesses (one of my special interests)
  • Woman’s health including gynae checkups and Pap smears as well as insertion of the Mirena IUD. I have an interest in menopause and hormone dysregulation
  • Mental health
  • Acute conditions
  • Chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, etc.
  • Minor surgical procedures
  • Insurance medicals
  • Stress ECG’s

Intravenous vitamin/nutritional drips are done at my practice. They are effective almost immediately . The formulas are immune boosting, anti-aging and energising. Speak to Dr Belinda about the combinations available. Last but not least is my aesthetic clinic which offers Botox and fillers. Threading soon to be added. I have been doing aesthetics for over 8 years and love the results achieved through my conservative approach.

KAHUNA BODYWORK MASSAGE

Kahuna is a transformational and rejuvenating massage. Kahuna uses long flowing wavelike strokes of the forearms, much like the ebb and flow of waves of the ocean over your entire body. The continuous deep rhythmic flowing strokes, sacred music and the use of the breath flushes the meridians of the body, quietens the internal chatter of the mind and directs you to more positive possibilities. Allow your body, mind and spirit to feel balanced, refreshed and ready to action life feeling clearer, calmer and more focused.
